How does pothole digging work?
It’s important to understand how potholing works to know whether or not you need it. Our non-destructive digging process begins with vacuum excavation, where we dig precise holes around and over utility lines to expose them. We use pressurised water to break up the soil, then our sucker truck vacuums the debris out of the area. The leftover material is stored in a holding tank and a pothole is created, exposing the underground utility lines.
We understand how important it is to keep to project deadlines and avoid any nasty ‘hidden costs’ with every potholing project. That’s why we always work closely with our customers and do our best to meet their specific instructions with every potholing job we tackle.
